At Polden Bower, we are passionate about helping and enabling all children to remain part of their school community, no matter the challenges they may face. Whether you are a parent or a school, we welcome referrals so our dedicated team of specialists can explore how best to help and support you.

If you need support with inclusion for a child or young person with special educational needs, our Outreach Team is here to help. This support may include discussions around strategies, guidance, and practical approaches that can make a meaningful difference.

Our aim is always to work alongside you to improve inclusion, strengthen understanding, and empower the child or young person to thrive within their school community.
